Work and fun go hand in hand
Once a year, our people play tennis with clients. This photo shows the players after an exciting competition.
In 2017, colleagues gave Mati Nõmmiste a linden tree named after him in Kadriorg Park for his 60th birthday and to mark the company’s 25th anniversary. The name plate next to the tree bears the text: “Thank you for planting and caring. Now we’re growing together!”
A video introducing the company was filmed in 2022. Mart Nõmper and Meeli Tali-Aruväli, who will start auditing a company belonging to Mr Klots, are sitting at the table. The role of Klots is played by amateur actor Rauno Põld (in the grey jacket).

In 2019 our people took part in the ‘Battle of the Offices’ competition, where they also had to stage a photo of office sports. The Grant Thornton Baltic team performed ‘foldercise’.

Partner Artur Suits is also known for being a great cook.
Fruit is served in the office every Tuesday as a boost to employees’ health.

The end of the season is celebrated with colleagues every year. This photo shows the end of the 2022 season party at the office at Pärnu Road 22.
The first summer retreat was held on Lause Farm on the island of Saaremaa in 1999. As you can see, the table was loaded with all kinds of delicacies.

We dressed up as film characters at the summer retreat in Saaremaa in 2001. Mati Nõmmiste dressed as Piglet.

You can relax on a sofa while taking a break from work or hold meetings with colleagues.
The icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace, where you can take time out in fine weather and enjoy socialising with colleagues.
